Allan Schwartzberg (sometimes misspelled as Alan[1]) (born December 28, 1942 in New York City) is a famous studio musician drummer, most of whose recordings were made in the 1970s.[2] He has played on hits such as Gloria Gaynor's "Never Can Say Goodbye".[3] He has played with Kiss, James Brown and Peter Gabriel as well.[4] He also was the drummer of the band Mountain in 1974.
